Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist in the initial design and implementation of the compliance system of the overseas headquarters and US subsidiaries to ensure the compliance in registration, business license, labor and capital management, etc.
Provide daily legal advisory for overseas headquarters and US subsidiaries to ensure that the company's business operations comply with relevant US laws, regulations and industry standards.
Review, draft and modify contract documents related to the company and customers, suppliers, partners, etc. to ensure that the contract terms are legal, fair, clear and enforceable.
Provide labor law-related legal advice to the human resources department to handle labor contracts, employee disputes, dismissals, work-related injuries and other issues.
Represent the company to connect with external general or special lawyers, and convert the opinions of external lawyers into legal opinions that can be implemented by the company for implementation.
