The Opportunity

As a Legal Compliance Transformation Consultant - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to offer comprehensive legal solutions and advice, maintaining compliance with regulations and minimizing legal risks. Your role within our Risk & Regulatory practice will focus on innovative approaches to deliver Office of General Counsel (OGC) efficiently and effectively, utilizing technology, process improvement, and data analysis to streamline legal processes and enhance client service.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage your skills to uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics

- Using AI-enabled or automated tools to support regulatory research, analysis, compliance workflows, dashboards, tracking, and document development
- Applying regulatory frameworks such as FERC, NERC, state PUCs, ISO/RTOs, OSHA, EPA, and other federal and state Energy & Utilities requirements
- Working within Energy & Utilities environments, including utilities, power generation, renewable energy, and energy infrastructure
- Conducting internal audits, compliance reviews, root-cause analyses, and investigations within regulated Energy & Utilities environments
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex legal compliance issues
- Developing policies and guidelines for contract management and risk assessment
- Navigating ambiguity in regulatory environments with intellectual curiosity
- Building meaningful client connections through effective communication
- Embracing change and process improvement in legal managed services
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client solutions

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
