- As a Project Manager on the Scaled Regulatory Operations team within Legal and Compliance, you will drive key strategic projects end-to-end for content litigation workflows, with a focus on elections, litigation, and court orders across Brazil and the broader Latin America region.
- In this role, you will assist in evaluating operational health, tracking legal and regulatory compliance risks, and leading initiative-driven improvements to build scalable and mature processes.

Job Title:Legal & Compliance Operations Project Manager V
Minimum Qualifications:- Strong critical thinking skills and experience leveraging data to anticipate and resolve problems, remove blockers, and drive effective solutions.
- Experience working in the legal, policy, or regulatory space.
- Experience collaborating with teams to develop, improve, and implement operational systems and tools.
- Experience resolving conflicts by identifying mutually beneficial solutions, evaluating tradeoffs, and establishing clear priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Program Lead as the main North America contact for global teams reviewing cases, aligning cross-site solutions, overseeing shift coverage and handoffs, and leading operational improvements and training to accelerate case resolution while maintaining workflow integrity.
- Serve as a Project Manager for Content Litigation operations across Brazil and the broader Latin America region, defining key project strategies and tracking execution using Key Performance Indicators focused on case volume, Service Level Agreement compliance, quality, workload capacity, and overall workflow health.
- Track legal and regulatory compliance risks across the workflow, with particular attention to elections-related litigation and court-ordered obligations, escalating and mitigating exposure before deadlines are at risk.
- Build and strengthen operational processes and systems to deliver efficient reporting, innovative risk mitigation, and sustainable operational health, advancing workflows from reactive handling toward scalable and mature processes.
- Project manage opportunities and challenges before they arise by anticipating roadblocks in high-volume, deadline-driven litigation cycles, including election periods, strengthening cross-functional relationships, and executing against established plans.
- Contribute to team goals and strategies by partnering with team members on execution, progress measurement, and results reporting to identify efficiency gains, while developing and supporting product- and automation-driven solutions at scale.
- Effectively negotiate, assess, and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions with legal, product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to optimize processes and increase operational maturity.
- Hold stakeholders accountable when progress on operational or election-related work is at risk, while maintaining respectful and productive relationships during challenging situations.
- Drive effective, concise, and persuasive program communications, including root cause analysis, internal and external escalation coordination, communications to program leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups.
- Understand the organization's strategic, legal, and compliance position and deliver outcomes aligned with its mission and recognized standards of operational excellence.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $199,600 - $249,600 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
