Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day
Work on a wide range of document preparation, management, and project-support activities in connection with the firm's contract review and privacy matters.
Responsibilities may include: preparing various contract templates and process documents; reviewing and commenting on counterparty terms; revising and maintaining privacy policies and notices; assisting with implementing new privacy laws across the firm and conducting data privacy impact assessments; and supporting ongoing contract management and privacy compliance.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree, along with a demonstrated record of professional and/or academic achievement.
At least one to three years of work experience and an interest in learning more about privacy, legal, and commercial risks.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities; proven editing, proofreading, and project management skills; and keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with, or an interest in, contracts and/or privacy principles and processes is beneficial; formal legal or privacy experience is not required.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
