ConnectBridge, an ancillary business of Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Leave Specialist II. This is a remote role based in the contiguous United States.
The Leave Specialist II is responsible for administering the leave policies and procedures, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state and local leave laws. The Leave Specialist II is a hybrid role that will also provide support to employees and managers regarding leave-related issues and serve as backup support for the Data Leave Specialist by reviewing and analyzing leave-related reports, troubleshooting workflow issues, and assisting with technical onboarding activities for new clients.
Responsibilities

Process leave requests and documentation timely.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.
