Position OverviewWe are seeking an analytical, strategic, and collaborative
Learning Measurement & Evaluation Lead to join our enterprise Human Resources team. In this high-impact role, you will partner with organizational leaders and subject matter experts to evaluate, measure, and enhance the business effectiveness of enterprise-wide training programs. You will take the lead in developing measurement strategies, defining performance metrics, and translating complex data into compelling insights that tie learning outcomes directly to broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Measurement: Lead enterprise-wide measurement strategies using frameworks such as the Kirkpatrick model to demonstrate training program impact and ROI.
- Needs Analysis & Design: Conduct job, task, and learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and design robust evaluation tools (surveys, assessments, focus groups).
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, building dynamic dashboards and reports (utilizing tools like Power BI, Qualtrics, and SuccessFactors LMS) to highlight program performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance: Partner cross-functionally with HR, senior management, and department leaders to establish evaluation standards, present findings, and drive continuous improvement.
- Functional Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts responsible for data collection, reporting, and dashboard development.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of combined experience in learning and development, training, and complex quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with survey tools (e.g., Alchemer, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI), and Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors LMS).
- Core Competencies: Strong command of the Kirkpatrick model for training evaluation, excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, and the ability to present complex technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
