OverviewAs Technical Enablement Lead, you will be a senior individual contributor embedded in our global L&D function operating at the intersection of technology fluency, learning strategy, and organizational change.
You'll build a firmwide enablement strategy, shape how tools are understood and adopted across the business and create the infrastructure for lasting behavior change - in an environment where the bar for relevance is high and intellectual credibility is how trust is earned.
In this role, you will:- Conduct a global needs analysis across business populations to understand current tool awareness, usage patterns, and the highest-value gaps to close.
- Develop a prioritized enablement strategy with clear recommendations and a roadmap for rollout.
- Shape how the firm communicates about and adopts new tools, working across technology, L&D, and senior leadership to build coherent, lasting adoption capability.
- Design and deliver learning pathways, partner with technology SMEs to build role-relevant experiences and stay ahead of the tooling landscape to identify opportunities before gaps emerge.
- Build the evidence base: track adoption, surface stories of real behavior change, and translate outcomes into reporting that resonates with firm leadership.
What we're looking for- 10+ years of experience at the intersection of technology and enablement, learning, or organizational capability.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning strategies at scale, ideally across global or distributed workforces.
- Demonstrated expeirence using AI and Microsoft 365 tools to do your own work, not just teaching others to use these tools.
- Experience in presenting strategy and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Deep change management and communication capability - understanding of why well-designed tools go unused, how to diagnose resistance, and how to build the conditions for durable behavior change across a complex, distributed organization.
- Skill in designing and delivering learning experiences that earn the attention of analytically rigorous professionals - where relevance and precision matter more than polish.
- Strong consulting skills such as ability to recognize challenges, design solutions, and build stakeholder alignment without direct authority.
- Analytical and evidence-driven orientation focusing on measuring outcomes, not outputs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with both technologist SMEs and general business populations without relying on positional authority.
- Comfortable operating globally and navigating complexity across functions and geographies.
