Full Job Description
This role involves more than just maintaining systems. You will help design and support the infrastructure that powers our global operations. Working in an Azure-first environment, you will use tools across the Microsoft ecosystem to improve collaboration, performance, and reliability.

Primary Duties:
  • You'll be joining a team of highly talented individuals by architecting solutions that balance cost, efficiency, and impact, all centered on Microsoft Azure and our expanding Microsoft ecosystem.


  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that translate business needs into infrastructure solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term strategy.


  • Act as a key consultant and escalation point for high-priority technical issues. When you help us Win Together, we all grow stronger.


  • Own infrastructure/systems reliability/security, service performance, assess risk, disaster recovery, and change management Acting Now to minimize disruption and maximize opportunity.


  • Drive best-in-class delivery by guiding teams through implementation, problem resolution, operational excellence and award-winning customer service.


  • Guide priorities for large-scale initiatives, shaping Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements with clarity and precision, keeping us track toward our ambitious goals.


  • Participate in team on-call rotation, ensuring and upholding high global customer service standards.


  • Serve as both a hands-on expert and trusted mentor for fellow technologists, empowering team members while driving initiatives forward with ownership and accountability and Staying Curious.


  • Assist Manager in preparation of annual budgets and monthly cost allocations.

  • Manages and accounts for Wolverine resources and assets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience designing, building, and supporting modern system architecture.


  • Expertise in CommVault, Nasuni, Pure Storage, Brocade Fibre Channel Switches, Microsoft Azure and HPE 3PAR and MSA Storage.


  • Ability to design and deliver solutions that are both technically elegant and strategically aligned.


  • Proven success working in high-impact, cross-team roles balancing autonomy with collaboration.


  • A passion for continuous learning, paired with strong communication and analytical skills.


  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (12+ years).


  • Experience leading front-line problem resolution, go-live support and post go-live support while successfully leading projects concurrently.


  • The following certificates preferred or equivalent training and development a plus.


  • 203: Nasuni Administration


  • CCE/CCP: Commvault Certified Engineer/Professional.


  • CCA: Commvault Cloud Administrator


  • FASP: Pure FlashArray Storage Professional


  • 350-601 DCCOR: : Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Unified Computing.


  • INTUCSX: Admin Cisco UCS X-Series Solutions with Intersight.


  • DCEIS: Cisco Intersight Essentials


  • VMware VCP-DCV (2V0-21.23)


  • AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions


  • AZ-104: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate


  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.


  • Experience with designing and maintaining systems to be ISO 27001, SOC2 and PCI compliant.


  • Strong ability to converse with and scale into the most technical details while zooming out to understand, plan and articulate the broader strategic picture to all involved, both technical and non-technical.
