The Role The Lead Surveyor - Department Head will play a critical role in overseeing and managing surveying projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This position involves leading a team of surveyors and technicians, coordinating fieldwork, and analyzing data to produce precise land surveys. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and documentation that support project objectives and client requirements. Additionally, the Lead Surveyor will engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate findings and provide expert recommendations. Ultimately, this role is essential for delivering high-quality surveying services that meet the needs of our diverse clientele in surrounding areas. The position may work from our Atlanta, Raleigh, Richmond or Charlotte office.
