"Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered developer and testing assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar) to accelerate test automation development, test design, debugging, and code quality while applying sound engineering judgment to validate AI-generated solutions.
Proficiency in one or more automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO, Karate, Cucumber, TestNG, Cypress, or similar.
Good programming skills in Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages, with experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar database technologies.
Experience with API testing using REST Assured, Karate, Postman, or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and experience integrating automated tests with GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of software testing principles, including functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, security, and performance testing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
