Job Summary
The Lead Software Engineer will lead enterprise software implementation and integration initiatives involving LevelPath/Jaggaer and related procurement solutions. The role will be responsible for system configuration, workflow development, technical design, enterprise integrations, data synchronization, testing, deployment, production support, and technical troubleshooting. The engineer will collaborate with software vendors, system integrators, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions while maintaining enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead system configurations, workflows, technical design, and implementation activities for LevelPath/Jaggaer solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between LevelPath/Jaggaer and enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP, supplier systems, and other business platforms.
• Build and support REST API, event-driven, and file-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration platforms.
• Develop and maintain integration services using Java, Python, SQL, and cloud-native technologies.
• Configure and support LevelPath/Jaggaer workflows, business processes, security roles, and data integrations.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization for procurement master data, suppliers, contracts, and transactional information.
• Integrate LevelPath/Jaggaer with Oracle Cloud ERP, contract management platforms, and similar enterprise systems using REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Follow enterprise development standards, CI/CD processes, security requirements, and integration best practices.
• Support end-to-end testing, including systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Monitor integration health and improve system reliability and performance.
• Support deployment activities, defect resolution, and production releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, use cases, scripts, integration specifications, and implementation materials.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
• Work with software vendors, system integrators, business teams, and IT teams across distributed locations.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• Extensive experience with LevelPath and/or Jaggaer implementations, including APIs, workflow configuration, AI capabilities, and Supplier Relationship Management solutions.
• Experience configuring and supporting LevelPath/Jaggaer workflows, business processes, security roles, and data integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating LevelPath/Jaggaer with Oracle Cloud ERP, contract management platforms, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.
• Strong understanding of API gateways, enterprise integration patterns, message queues, and event streaming technologies.
• Knowledge of API security and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Java or Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-native application architecture and secure API development.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git-based development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience supporting systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing sourcing applications such as Coupa, Ivalua, or GEP.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, including sourcing, supplier onboarding, supplier lifecycle management, and contract management.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.
• Experience with ETL, file-based integrations, BICC/FBDI, and master data synchronization.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologies.
• Experience with AI capabilities within procurement or enterprise software platforms.
• Experience with cloud relational databases such as PostgreSQL and non-relational databases such as MongoDB or Couchbase.
• Experience with enterprise integration architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with business teams and technical teams across multiple geographic locations.
