Job Description:

Cboe is seeking a talented Lead Recruiter who will lead the flawless execution and delivery of Talent Acquisition services by partnering with HR and business leaders. The successful candidate will be charged with developing an understanding of our business, strategy, and our culture to develop Talent Acquisition sourcing plans and solutions. Acting as a talent advisor you will collaborate with HRBP's and Cboe leaders to drive the continued evolution and improvement of recruitment services and hiring strategies, as well as candidate and hiring manager experience initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:
• Partnering with leaders in the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to attract talent
• Demonstrate unwavering dedication to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by owning the end-to-end recruiting process, consistent follow through and acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Leveraging market mapping tools that provide real time insights and help steer hiring decisions while reporting on recruiting progress to business leaders weekly
• Consistently communicate with candidates and set clear expectations to ensure a positive experience
• Use AI driven sourcing strategies including candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and our CRM Phenom) to proactively identify, engage and pipeline technical talent for niche or hard to fill roles
• Develop and maintain partnerships built on trust with hiring managers, leadership teams, and other internal stakeholders
• Delivering innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for experienced hires, including active and passive candidates
• Collaborate with internal HR teams like HRBP's, Compensation, Global Mobility, Onboarding and Inclusion & Belonging to execute flawless hiring experiences
• Occasionally participate in Recruiting events (some travel may be required)
• Act as a compelling ambassador for Cboe's employer brand by clearly and authentically communicating our company's ethos and value proposition to candidates and the broader talent market
• Manage TA projects as needed

Experience Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or another related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical and financial talent required
• Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components, including search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and onboarding
• Experience operating within Workday's ATS is required
• Experience operating within Phenom's CRM interface is a big plus
• Customer focused collaboration style by providing excellent candidate experience and hiring manager experiences
• Skilled at problem resolution and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
• Data driven mindset and able to accurately track and report progress, challenges, and predicted outcomes
• Passionate about creating an inclusive hiring process and experience
• Basic understanding of employment marketing and US employment laws

Salary Ranges (applicable for US locations only)
At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market-informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $126,225-$163,350, with actual compensation determined by job-related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.

This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
