Job DescriptionRoles And Responsibilities- Quality Engineer in additive manufacturing realizing quality assurance of products, manufacturing, and inspection processes.
- Establish inspection and control plans for conformance of additive hardware, using statistics to analyze capability
- Leverage FLIGHT DECK to lead problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in strategic initiatives for new technologies related to additive manufacturing processes
- Ownership of Material Review Board (MRB) tickets
- Engage in site audit initiatives; perform work station audits and support regulatory and special process audits.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Communicate and participate in team, site, IPT, and business initiatives
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Quality)
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Quality
