Air Products is seeking a motivated professional to join our Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group, where you'll play a vital role in supporting small capital projects valued under $5 million across our North American operations. Job Responsibilities included but not limited to - Create assigned SAP project, route Capital Project Request, and monitor for approval - Submit Capitalizations as directed on monthly WIP report. Provide status update for project engineers and gatekeeping report - Submit Capital Asset Disposal Requests and monitor for approval - Create capital project cost reports as directed - Close SAP project structures as directed - Act on reports from project accounting and accounts payable to update projects and resolve issues. - Maintain an active list of sites with Cost Centers, Profit Centers, contract end dates, and DOAs for EGC region. - SAP Power User for Project Systems - Designate new worker SAP roles. - Support users with complex questions and issues that may arise. - Provide training as needed to new and existing resources within the group. - Works professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, management, support personnel, program participants, and business-related persons - Applies positive and constructive attitude toward resolution of problems and conflicts - Accepts direction, feedback, and supervision - Demonstrates ability to remain calm in demanding situations - Ability to work within and promote a teamwork philosophy - Makes good use of time, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner - Ability to demonstrate and perform efficiently and reliably all categories of this document. - Able to achieve various State mandated certifications (TWIC, OSHA, etc.) and other requirements as may be deemed necessary. - Pass Criminal background investigation.
