Role Summary As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining profitability, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through efficient management of project-related activities and resources.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery Excellence: Lead the timely delivery of services, upgrades, and new-built projects, ensuring adherence to predefined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Scope Definition and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Robust Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to effectively track progress, anticipate potential challenges, and facilitate proactive decision-making.
Change Management: Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while mitigating associated risks.

Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of work experience)

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
