Key Responsibilities

Manage high-level client relations by proactively executing communication strategies, portal updates, and timeline revisions to maintain transparency and alignment.
Oversee and analyze lines of balance for the customer product line, leveraging data to optimize operational velocity and project tracking.

What you will bring:

Pay Range: $98K to $102K

This role is a 100% on-site position located in Rockford, ILL
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
