As a Lead Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.
A typical day as Lead Processing Engineer might include:
- Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians.
- Assisting management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.
- Driving high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.
- Managing or preparing documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.
- Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
This job might be for you if:
- You have a B.S. Degree or equivalent.
- You have 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.
- You have leadership and communication skills.
- You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- You can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- You can work cooperatively in a team environment
- You have background check results satisfactory to SEL & negative drug test result(s)
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience with PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes

Pay Range Data -$115,300 - $150,000 annually
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at theLead level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience.
