Full Job Description

As a Lead Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.

A typical day as Lead Processing Engineer might include:

  • Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians.
  • Assisting management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.
  • Driving high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.
  • Managing or preparing documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.
  • Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Pay Range Data -$115,300 - $150,000 annually

We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at theLead level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
