What You'll Do

As our Lead Physical Therapist, you'll work directly with children from birth to age three and their families by:

  • Conducting developmental evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing therapy in homes and community settings.
  • Partnering with families and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's progress.
  • Assisting with Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
  • Mentoring and training fellow therapists while supporting quality assurance initiatives.
