Req# [redacted] Responsibilities Collaborate with key engineers at client offices in Austin, Texas to ensure seamless hardware operations Coordinate and support electrical and mechanical engineering teams across multiple field locations Conduct frequent travel throughout the US (approx. 50%) to maintain and troubleshoot deployed hardware systems Analyze and interpret complex technical documentation including electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Execute comprehensive hardware maintenance activities to ensure optimal device performance Provide technical expertise and field support to resolve electrical and mechanical hardware issues Requirements Fluent English communication skills for effective collaboration with native speakers Strong hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical hardware systems Valid driver's license with willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50%) across the United States Proven ability to read and analyze technical documentation and electrical schematics US work authorization and ability to travel via air in the US as required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
