Provide leadership and oversight of loan trading desk operations and serve as a subject matter expert for loan trading, portfolio management, investor relations, and partnership activities. Lead complex transactions, develop pricing recommendations, support strategic initiatives, and provide guidance to departmental analysts. Ensure operational excellence, drive process improvements, and support departmental objectives related to profitability, liquidity management, risk management, and strategic growth.
Essential Responsibilities- Lead complex loan sale, loan purchase, and participation transactions, including pricing strategy, transaction structure, due diligence, and closing coordination.
- Review analyst work products, reporting packages, portfolio analyses, and transaction recommendations for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with department objectives.
- Coordinate departmental priorities and workload across analyst functions to support timely execution and continuity of operations.
- Serve as a contact for brokers, investors, strategic counterparties, and internal stakeholders on complex or escalated matters.
- Lead portfolio valuation, forecasting, performance analytics, market research, and executive reporting used to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, reporting enhancements, and operational controls.
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, governance activities, and remediation efforts related to loan trading desk operations.
- Mentor analysts, provide technical guidance, and act as department lead during manager absences.

Education & Years of Experience- Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related
- Minimum - 5 Years Investment Management, Asset Management, Fixed Income Management, Consumer Lending, Banking or related
In Lieu of Education- 8 Years Fixed Income Products, ABS market, Quantitative Modeling or Consumer/Commercial lending
Compensation & Benefits:Typical hiring range: $84,200.00 to $131,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
