The Role
As Lead Legal Engineer, you'll operate as a player-coach: leading Legora's most complex and high-impact client engagements while managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers. You'll combine deep legal knowledge, product expertise, and people leadership to drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver measurable outcomes across your clients and your team. What You'll Do
Leading enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders and products, from discovery through go-live, with clear success metrics.
Owning priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks.
Acting as a senior thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships with partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders.
Delivering executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations, clearly articulating value and handling complex objections.
Influencing internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover.
Representing the voice of the customer, surfacing product gaps with evidence and driving them through to resolution.
Building and refining team processes, systems, and operating rhythms that scale delivery quality and team effectiveness as the Legal Engineering function grows.
Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support to drive individual and team growth.
