Job Description Summary

Position Overview:

As a Lead Engineer, you will join a team of seven within our wider global Investment Management Engineering organization, working in an Agile, cloud-first environment to deliver technology solutions across the business.

The Lead IT Engineers are responsible for delivering high-quality, solution-focused technology outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle. They leverage their in-depth knowledge of their discipline and understanding of related fields to drive delivery and improvement in global cross-functional delivery teams. They bring technical depth, business awareness, and collaborative agility to support the development, testing, and deployment of solutions that meet business needs.

This role involves resolving complex problems, often leading small project / initiative teams, and providing guidance to junior staff. The Lead IT Engineer acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, presents to senior leaders, and works independently with minimal guidance in complex situations.
