Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in real estate or a related discipline.
• Brokerage experience is preferred for success.
• Highly motivated and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Experience in cold calling and managing high deal flow is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Atlanta industrial market, particularly IOS, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) acquisition opportunities through outreach and direct owner contact.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals via relationships with property owners, brokers, and tenants.
• Lead the leasing process, including tenant sourcing, marketing vacancies, and negotiating leases.
• Conduct market research to support informed investment decisions.
• Collaborate with acquisition and asset management teams to prepare presentations and investment memos.
• Support the due diligence process for acquisitions.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
