Job Summary
The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer will provide hands-on technical leadership for a middleware application that connects physical warehouse automation systems to an enterprise Oracle ERP platform. The role is primarily backend-focused, emphasizing system integrations, production reliability, scalable application development, and maintainable architecture. The engineer will develop solutions using C#, modern .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure services while guiding engineering best practices, enforcing clean architecture and SOLID principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an operationally critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead hands-on development of the middleware application connecting physical warehouse automation systems to the enterprise Oracle ERP platform.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, modern .NET 8+, Angular 17+, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration-heavy middleware systems.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Azure services, including AKS, API Management (APIM), Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights.
• Apply clean architecture and SOLID principles to maintain code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and support integrations between warehouse automation equipment and Oracle ERP systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply appropriate NoSQL data modeling practices using MongoDB or similar technologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability in an operationally critical environment.
• Guide engineering best practices and mentor team members through technical direction and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Program Manager, and cross-functional partners to align technical decisions with delivery objectives.
• Participate in technical stand-ups and provide guidance on architecture, design decisions, and technology stack evolution.
• Work onsite with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Required Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and modern .NET 8+.
• Front-end development experience with Angular 17+ and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, including AKS, APIM, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience designing and developing middleware applications and integration-heavy systems.
• Experience with Oracle ERP environments, particularly middleware applications connecting physical warehouse automation systems to Oracle ERP.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and MongoDB or NoSQL data modeling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and mentorship skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or industrial automation environments.
• Experience with Oracle EDS or ERP integrations.
