Salary: $201,000- $245,000 full-time annual salary range.

What You'll Do:- Provide comprehensive dental services, including general restorative and preventive care, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
- Lead, coach, and support Staff Dentists to promote clinical proficiency, professional growth, and consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Guide and support dental team members in daily operations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive team-based care environment.
- Partner with the Dental Director and Dental Practice Manager to support patient access, quality objectives, operational priorities, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:- DDS or DMD Degree
- One year experience in a dental practice
- Current BLS certificate
- Current DEA License
