Work closely with distribution partners and agency relationships, applying underwriting judgment and market awareness to support thoughtful growth within your assigned authority.
How You'll Make an Impact- Evaluate, select, and price new and renewal business in alignment with underwriting standards and authority
- Partner with Distribution to support territory production and profitability
- Travel to key agency partner relationships, participate in virtual meetings, and attend industry events as needed
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Professional designations such as AU or CPCU preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience in Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto and Workers Compensation
- Strong understanding of underwriting practices, risk assessment, and policy structures
- Familiarity with insurance policy language and coverage forms
- Solid understanding of working with data to support underwriting decisions
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skill
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability

Salary Range$60,000.00-$125,000.00 USD with performance-based bonus potential In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
