About this role:
Wells Fargo Business Banking Lead Business Execution Consultant who will serve as the end-to-end owner for key Business Banking growth initiatives, leading the development and execution of strategies designed to improve business banking performance. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into actionable plans, aligning stakeholders across multiple functions, and driving measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and governance.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, remove barriers, and deliver business initiatives that advance customer acquisition, banker effectiveness, sales performance, and business growth.
In this role, you will:
- Accountable for the end-to-end Business Banking strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Business Banking, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, HR, Controls, and other key partners to develop, prioritize, and develop, plan and execute strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Define, track, and monitor and assess success metrics, continuously refining strategic approaches and effectiveness of initiatives to ensure desired outcomes based on performance and stakeholder feedback.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Develop governance processes and executive reporting provide visibility into progress, outcomes, risks, and decision points.
- Prepare and present executive-level materials and recommendations for senior leadership reviews and governance forums.
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation or growth initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking, branch banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience developing executive communications, governance materials, and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
