About the Role - Solve Ambiguous Problems: Lead deep-dive analyses on complex business questions, synthesizing unstructured data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- Analyze Market & Onchain Trends: Evaluate blockchain transactions, liquidity, token activity, and market shifts to uncover consumer behavior insights.
- Run impactful projects: 2-3 initiatives with ambiguous objectives and scope to be tackled with Engineering, Product, Controllership and BCOs (Business Control Officers).
- Raise the bar on KRIs and controls: thresholds, signal logic, data quality and services interactions, all reviewed and connected to impact to escalate to leadership
- Own Core Metrics & Dashboards: Serve as the single point of ownership for key metrics and maintain executive dashboards.
- Shape how we use AI - build shared prompts, skills, automated routines or bots to make us faster without making us less right or critical.
- Build Financial & Strategic Models: Create quantitative models, scenario analyses, and market sizing to evaluate new product features and international growth.
- Develop Clean Data Pipelines: Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and structure complex datasets, establishing reliable ETL workflows.
- Leverage AI & Modern Tooling: Responsibly integrate AI copilots and automated workflows into daily analytics to increase speed and decision quality.
- Align Cross-Functional Partners: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to assess the commercial and operational impact of regulatory updates and business strategy.
What We're Looking For - Analytical Capacity & Rigor: Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, probability, statistical modeling, and financial mechanics applied to complex business problems.
- Experimentation & Causal Inference: Hands-on experience designing controlled A/B tests, measuring statistical significance, and establishing guardrail metrics.
- Technical & Tooling Proficiency: Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and pipeline development.
- Product & Strategic Thinking: Experience working alongside product managers and engineers in an iterative, fast-paced product development environment.
Executive Communication: Proven ability to translate complex quantitative findings into concise, compelling data stories that influence stakeholders.
