Lead Bid Manager - Saab Training & Simulation (T&S), Orlando, FL

Saab, Inc.'s Training & Simulation (T&S) business is expanding its U.S. market presence and is seeking a Lead Bid Manager to support its Orlando-based Capture organization. This role is critical to supporting ongoing pursuits and enhancing bid execution across the U.S. portfolio in close coordination with existing corporate proposal capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Lead and manage end-to-end bid activities, from early opportunity shaping through proposal submission and program hand-over.
• Support ongoing U.S. pursuits requiring immediate bid leadership and coordination
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including business development, engineering, pricing, contracts, operations and review teams
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure clear bid strategy, compliance, and execution
• Work in partnership with corporate proposal resources to ensure seamless integration of proposal development activities
• Support the consistent application and refinement of bid and proposal processes, templates, and reporting practices
• Partner with counterparts in Sweden to maintain alignment with Saab T&S global practices
• Track and communicate bid status, risks, and performance indicators to leadership
Drive continuous improvement in bid quality, efficiency, and win probability

Compensation Range: $101,600 - $132,000

• Minimum of 8 plus years relevant as a Bid Manager in complex, competitive environments, preferably within the U.S. federal or defense market
