Lead. Mentor. Make a lasting impact.
Are you a compassionate, collaborative clinician ready to step into a leadership role helping people thrive? Join us as a lead behavior clinician and bring your clinical expertise to a team that's shaping positive, person-centered support for adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
This is more than a clinical role - it's the next step on your leadership journey. You'll supervise and mentor a team of behavior clinicians, sharpening your coaching and management skills while guiding their growth. You'll also stay hands-on, providing direct clinical services and partnering with interdisciplinary teams to design effective Positive Behavior Support Plans, psychotropic medication treatment plans, and data-driven interventions that promote independence and real, meaningful outcomes. If you're a clinician who thrives on mentoring others, solving complex challenges, and leading with heart, we want to hear from you.
