This roleinitially supports insights and early NPD workflows, with scope expandingacross GPI as priorities evolve.
Specific Responsibilities- Discover and define opportunities. Facilitate workshops with product management, design, insights, engineering, operations, and other functions. Identify user needs, decision bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and evidence gaps. Translate findings into scoped use cases with target users, expected outcomes, assumptions, and measurable success criteria.
- Specify agent and tool functionality. Develop functional requirements, user stories, interaction flows, and acceptance criteria. Define inputs, outputs, knowledge sources, agent actions, system connections, human review points, and behavior when information is missing or uncertain. Distinguish essential pilot capabilities from future enhancements.
- Build and refine prototypes. Work directly with AI/IT engineers to explore feasible approaches and develop working prototypes. Create mockups, prompt instructions, and low-code demonstrations where appropriate. Resolve functional questions during development and refine solutions through short cycles of user feedback.
- Validate usefulness and quality. Design representative test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing with functional experts.
