Description
As a Document Clerk, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming documentation through our electronic filing system. Your primary responsibilities will include downloading, organizing, renaming, and uploading documents into our electronic file management system with accuracy and efficiency.
Additional duties include providing document copies to clients and opposing counsel, as well as assisting in the maintenance and organization of our digital filing and case management systems.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• Require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• History of being reliable, deadline-driven, and extremely organized
• Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Prior experience in a law office copy or mail room is a plus
