We are seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to join our Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC office. This person, working with others, will coordinate interview schedules for lateral partner candidates and will also assist with various logistics surrounding the lateral partner interview process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepares and coordinates multiple candidate interview schedules weekly; anticipates partners' needs based on calendars and adjusts interview schedules as needed.
- Coordinates virtual interviews by Microsoft Teams; ensures interviews are started, monitored and executed flawlessly.
- Prepares and sends candidate pre-interview materials alongside meeting reminders; updates and maintains candidate materials on an ongoing basis.
- Sends interview evaluation forms to internal partners and monitors completion of evaluation forms; follows up with partners as needed based on Lateral Lead's requests.
- Coordinates candidate travel via Travel Department and catering needs for in person interviews and meetings.
- Coordinates with Lateral Partner Recruiting Directors and Associate Directors during candidate visits to their offices; greets candidates as needed.
- Works across all candidates, both domestic and our European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific offices.
- Maintains lateral partner tracking sheets as appropriate, including contacting Lateral Leads for regular updates.
- Maintains all stats on lateral candidates including start date; position; previous employment, etc. Using this data to provide reports as requested by the Lateral Team.
- Ensures all lateral partner candidates are entered into Lawcruit (application tracking database) accurately. Raising with Lateral Leads if there is any historic data related to an application.
- Coordinates with headhunters when needed and maintains search firm agreements.
- Processes expense reimbursements and invoices in Chrome River.
- Additional duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate well with lawyers, candidates, all levels of administrative staff, and contacts outside the firm.
- Possess excellent facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively, to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining poise under pressure.
- Strong experience across Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail is highly important in this role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; law firm and/or professional services experience as well as recruiting experience is preferred.

Pay Transparency Range:
Chicago: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $66,000 - $80,000.
New York: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $75,000 - $89,000.
Washington, D.C.: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $72,000 - $85,000.
The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
