Full Job Description
We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2018through 2022 to join our robust class actions litigation team. Idealcandidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure tostate/federal class action practice in addition to commercial litigationexperience more broadly. Our firm has a broad, cutting-edge, andcross-functional class action practice and welcomes candidates with experiencesacross the class action and litigation spectrum (e.g., consumer, employment,privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.). District court or appellate courtclerkship experience preferred but not required. Primary responsibilitiesinclude researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in allaspects of discovery, and case/client management.
The annual compensation range for this position is between$310,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend uponqualifications and other operational considerations.
