Large Enterprise Account Executive US West (Remote US West)

Your main goal will be to land and expand n8n inside the world's largest organisations, closing the biggest deals in our portfolio. As a Large Enterprise Account Executive covering US West (California, Washington, Colorado and Texas), you will own a territory of global-scale accounts and lead long, complex deals from first conversation to multi-year commitment: BUILD STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLANS • Build and execute account strategies for organisations with 5,001 or more employees in the US West territory. • Open doors with outbound campaigns aimed at CTOs, CIOs and engineering and platform leaders. • Turn community adoption inside large companies into sponsored, funded opportunities. LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-THREADED DEALS • Run deep discovery, quantify business impact and build an executive-level business case. • Map and align decision makers across engineering, IT, security, legal and procurement. • Partner with Solutions Engineers, Partnerships and Customer Success to prove value and de-risk adoption. CLOSE AND EXPAND AT SCALE • Own the cycle through security, legal and procurement, typically over three to six months or more. • Negotiate six-figure deals with confidence and keep clear commercial control. • Plan expansion across business units and use cases, and share what you learn with Product and leadership. REQUIREMENTS Must-haves • Large Enterprise sales: You have at least five years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling into organisations with 5,001 or more employees, and you can explain customer size, deal complexity and cycle length. • Six-figure deals: You have closed multiple deals of A3100k+ ACV in multi-stakeholder cycles of three to six months or more. • Technical buyers and executives: You have sold to developers, engineers, CTOs and CIOs, and you can carry a technical conversation and an executive one in the same deal. • New-logo hunter: You generate your own pipeline through outbound and win new customers rather than relying on expansion or inbound. • Track record: You have consistently hit or exceeded quota over the past two to three years. • 9ED Structured selling: You use a methodology such as MEDDPICC and navigate technical evaluations, procurement, legal and security reviews. • Location: You are based in California, Washington, Colorado or Texas and you already have the right to work in the US. This role covers the US West territory and involves regular travel to customers in the region. Nice-to-haves • Technical product background: You have sold developer tools, cloud infrastructure, data, AI or automation platforms. • Partner-led deals: You have worked deals with system integrators or cloud partners. • Open source or PLG exposure: You understand how community adoption turns into enterprise revenue. Why join us? You will close the largest deals in our portfolio and shape how n8n sells to the world's biggest organisations, with a product technical teams already use and love. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, Customer Success and Product, and leadership will listen to what you learn in the field. n8n is growing at an exceptional pace, backed by a vibrant community and a remote-first culture built on autonomy, experimentation and high talent density.
