What You'll Do- Lead and coordinate internal construction crews and subcontractors.
- Track daily tasks and labor hours.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, updates, and changes.
- Read and interpret designs, work orders, and blueprints.
- Confirm materials for assigned projects.
- Operate landscape/construction equipment when needed.
- Drive a light-duty dump truck and use proper trailering practices.
- Check and maintain equipment and trucks.
- Coordinate project tasks with the Director of Operations.
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- 3-5 years of landscape construction industry experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in person in North Carolina.
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment.
- Experience driving a light-duty dump truck and towing trailers.
What Will Help You Stand Out- 5+ years of landscape construction/hardscape installation experience.
- Experience with natural stone and concrete products for patios, walls, and outdoor kitchens.
- Landscape or construction education is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical & Work EnvironmentThis role combines project leadership with active jobsite work and requires the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds while working in varying outdoor and construction conditions.
