Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in raw land acquisition
- Strong understanding of land use, real estate, and land development principles
- Experience market research, financial analysis, forward planning
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and land acquisition software.
