Laboratory Medical Director / Pathologist Opportunity - Northwest ArkansasPathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified Pathologist to join an exciting new hospital-based pathology practice in Northwest Arkansas. This is a unique opportunity to help establish a growing regional pathology program while working within a collaborative, physician-led organization committed to delivering exceptional diagnostic services and patient care.

Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic services in anatomic and clinical pathology
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership to support operational excellence
- Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, hospital staff, and laboratory personnel
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, committee work, and other medical staff activities as appropriate
- Provide laboratory medical directorship services, if applicable
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- AP/CP Board Certification required
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arkansas
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Prior leadership or laboratory medical directorship experience preferred, but not required
*If the laboratory is testing samples for New York State, candidates must hold a New York State Certificate of Qualification (CQ) in at least one category of testing offered by the laboratory.
