What You9ll Do:- Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations
- Maintain CCRL and AMRL accreditations and prepare for audits
- Ensure equipment calibration and laboratory compliance
- Perform routine concrete breaks and laboratory testing
- Log, process, and track materials and test samples
- Perform testing in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards
- Process and review final test results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained

RequirementsQualifications:- 3+ years of Special Inspection, Materials Testing, Civil Inspection, or related experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring and managing staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products
- College education
- Certifications such as Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification, Aggregate Testing Technician Level I, ACI Concrete Field Technician Grade I, Concrete Strength Testing Technician, Caltrans, or related industry certifications

Schedule:
- 8+ hour shifts, Monday to Friday
