Virtual Office Counsel (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced employment law attorney to join our team as a Virtual Office Counsel. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of employment law matters, including administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation, while enjoying a flexible work environment and excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for clients
• Work under the guidance of partners and alongside other skilled attorneys and paralegals
• Utilize strong background in employment law, administrative agencies, and civil litigation in federal and state courts
• Focus on efficient, high-quality legal work with a flexible billable hours target
Requirements:
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• At least 5 years of experience in employment law and litigation
• Active bar membership in good standing (California bar preferred)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
