Title: Labor & Employment Attorney
Location: New York - Remote
Base Salary: Anticipated $200,000-$240,000+ plus bonus and benefits
The Role The successful candidate will handle a broad range of management-side Labor & Employment matters, with exposure to both
employment litigation and advice and counsel work.
The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while taking a meaningful role in managing client matters.
Key responsibilities may include: - Representing employers in Labor & Employment litigation matters
- Advising management clients on a range of employment issues
- Handling matters from inception through resolution with appropriate independence
- Providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employer clients
- Working closely with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies
- Managing a varied management-side L&E caseload
Requirements - Experience practicing management-side Labor & Employment law
- Strong experience across both employment litigation and advice and counsel
- Ability to independently manage matters with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client-management and relationship-building abilities
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
