Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, is seeking an Associate to join its sophisticated labor & employment practice group in its Albany, NY or Saratoga Springs, NY office. Bond is an AmLaw 200, full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 14 offices located across New York State, Boston, MA, Kansas City, KS, Naples, FL and Newark, NJ.
Locations Hiring: Albany, NY or Saratoga Springs, NY
Skills and Educational Requirements:- Current NY Bar admission
- J.D. degree from accredited law school
- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of litigation or other relevant legal experience, including at least one year of labor and employment law experience
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client's needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range for this Associate-level role is $110,000 - $160,000, which represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location. Associates may also be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
