Overview

Lucayan is seeking aSenior Knowledge Manager (OPAMS) to provide expert-level knowledge management and operational assessment support in alignment with evolving U.S. defense priorities. This senior role requires mastery of analytic methodologies, the ability to innovate research approaches, and the skills to manage knowledge across organizational and intelligence community boundaries.

Responsibilities:
• Lead OPAMS knowledge management for operational planning and assessments during heightened threat conditions.
• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies to inform operational and strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate and refine knowledge management processes across components and IC boundaries.
• Define and implement innovative research approaches and analytic tradecraft enhancements.
• Review and ensure analytic products meet rigorous tradecraft, evidentiary, and operational standards.
• Mentor mid-level and junior knowledge managers.
• Deploy to operational theaters as required to provide on-site knowledge management leadership.
• Provide briefings and recommendations to senior leadership based on integrated intelligence analysis.

Qualifications:
• U.S. citizen
• TS/SCI clearance, SSBI, and favorable CI polygraph.
• Expert-level experience in knowledge management, operational planning, and intelligence assessment.
• Mastery of analytic methodologies and tradecraft in high-level intelligence assessments.
