Responsibilities:

  • Develop, synchronize, and manage Key Leader Engagement (KLE) plans, calendars, and engagement schedules that support commander priorities, campaign objectives, and operational requirements.

  • Translate senior leader guidance into actionable engagement strategies, engagement objectives, and supporting plans that align with ongoing operations and mission priorities.

  • Prepare and staff engagement products, including correspondence, memoranda, talking points, executive summaries, briefing materials, and engagement support packages.

  • Maintain authoritative engagement records, briefing content, stakeholder profiles, and historical engagement data to ensure continuity, accuracy, and informed decision-making.

  • Coordinate senior leader engagements, visits, conferences, and meetings, including scheduling, attendee management, logistics synchronization, and partner coordination.

  • Develop engagement recommendations based on stakeholder analysis, relationship mapping, operational context, and historical engagement outcomes to maximize effectiveness.

  • Capture engagement outcomes, decisions, commitments, and follow-up actions through standardized reporting, action tracking, and executive-level readouts.

  • Ensure engagement activities comply with operational security (OPSEC), organizational procedures, and strategic guidance while maintaining continuity across rotating staffs and evolving priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-7+ years of experience supporting Key Leader Engagements (KLE), executive communications, strategic planning, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), or related mission areas.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating senior leader engagements, conferences, visits, and stakeholder activities within complex operational environments.

  • Experience preparing executive correspondence, talking points, briefing materials, decision-support products, and engagement documentation for senior leaders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, coordinate across diverse stakeholders, and maintain detailed engagement tracking and reporting systems.

Desired

  • Master’s degree in International Relations, Strategic Communications, National Security Studies, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Special Operations Forces (SOF), interagency organizations, or multinational partner engagements.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating engagement planning with campaign objectives, influence activities, information environment operations, or strategic competition initiatives.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.
