Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and developing the relationship with a strategic customer:
P&G. This role involves defining account-specific strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Account Management- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the assigned scope.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions to address them.
Sales & Strategy- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts and scope, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt commercial strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination- Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, Production, Logistics, Quality, and PLM, to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Organize and lead customer meetings, involving relevant stakeholders from both organizations.
- Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Contracts- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the implementation of service agreements.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and customer requirements.
Reporting & Analysis- Regularly monitor and analyse account performance metrics.
- Prepare reports detailing sales data, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:Experience- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in working in a large scale B2B environment
- Relevant industry experience in technical, sales and general management
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
- Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
Knowledge- Technically adept
- Possess a detailed knowledge of Amcor, the products, the industry and competitive market
Skills- Language: English necessary, others useful and desired
Expected Travel- Travel is estimated at +50%
