Job Summary

The Market Executive is the senior leader and primary representative of the Kansas City Trust/Wealth Management office. This individual is responsible for driving market growth, deepening relationships with bank partners, and providing strong leadership to the local team. The Market Executive serves as the face of the Trust location and ensures delivery of comprehensive wealth and trust services aligned with organizational standards.

Job Duties
• Serve as the face of the Kansas City Trust/Wealth Management office, representing Central Trust Company in the local market.
• Lead market growth initiatives through proactive business development and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross-referral activity and integrated client solutions.
• Develop and maintain centers of influence relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local wealth management team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality client experience while maintaining fiduciary, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Provide leadership oversight on complex client relationships and trust matters.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development to align talent with market growth goals.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience in wealth management, trust administration, or financial planning
• Proven success in business development and market growth
• Strong relationship management skills with clients and internal partners
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Financial planning background with CFP® or equivalent designation
• Trust and estate background with Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred
• CTFA or other advanced fiduciary or wealth management credentials
• 10 or more years of experience in a trust, fiduciary, or wealth management leadership role
