Junior Associate Attorney

Our New York midtown client is a boutique, bespoke business-law firm that provides outside general counsel services to companies that need seasoned legal guidance without maintaining an in-house legal department. The firm emphasizes practical, business-savvy legal solutions, offering clients a collaborative partnership aimed at helping them strategize, grow, and resolve complex business issues.

Services range from:

• Corporate and corporate finance matters
• Employment law and employee benefits
• Intellectual property, trademarks, and trade secrets
• Litigation (used only when necessary)
• Healthcare law and regulatory compliance

• Adaptable & Self-Motivated: You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and taking ownership of your work.
• Collaborative Spirit: You work well with a team, sharing knowledge and working together to get the best results.
• Creative Problem Solver: You're ready to expand your skills into new practice areas and think outside the box.

What We Offer:

• Growth & Opportunity: Expand your practice across multiple areas, from employment to IP to corporate law, and collaborate with a team that's redefining client service.
• Competitive Compensation: If you bring a book of business or develop one here, you will enjoy a competitive base salary and 15% revenue share on the clients you generate-forever (for as long as they are a client).
• Culture: A tight-knit team that celebrates innovation and collaboration. You won't just be another attorney-you'll be a key player in shaping our future.

What Makes Us Different that Sets You Up for Greater Success:

• Practical and Strategic: We are not just attorneys. We are individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who understand business, and we limit our advice to what is practical and achievable for clients.
• Business Acumen: The billable hour is a mirage. We offer flat-fee and retainer-based arrangements, allowing us to be unbound by the clock. In certain instances, we offer flat-fee arrangements and retainer-based billing in litigation.
• Business Development: We value the special skills required to excel at business development, and we provide unparalleled support to help you achieve our business development goals.

Preferred Attributes
