JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for the overall management and performance of JSOC operations, including personnel, staffing, procedures, quality assurance, training, and operational readiness, to ensure that threats to employees, operations, global assets, and the brand are identified, managed, and reported to company leadership, 24/7.
The JSOC Operations Manager will serve as the senior operational point of contact for the JSOC, ensure consistent execution of established protocols, and coordinate with client leadership and key stakeholders on significant incidents, priorities, and program requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the overall performance of JSOC operations.
- Oversee JSOC personnel and staffing, including staffing models and shift coverage.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce JSOC procedures and protocols.
- Lead quality assurance for JSOC monitoring, reporting, and incident response.
- Oversee training programs and maintain the operational readiness of the JSOC.
- Serve as the senior operational point of contact for the JSOC.
- Coordinate with client leadership and key stakeholders on significant incidents, priorities, and program requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, international security, political science, or a related field.
- Military service or prior experience working in a JSOC, GSOC or similar operations center may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a JSOC, GSOC or similar security operations environment, including at least 2 years managing operations center personnel or programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Preferred 8 years of demonstrated experience doing the following:
- Managing the overall performance of an operations center
- Developing and maintaining operational procedures and protocols
- Leading quality assurance and training programs
- Building staffing models and maintaining operational readiness
- Coordinating with client leadership and senior stakeholders on significant incidents
- Managing program requirements and priorities
