This role is responsible for elevating the standard of work across the agency-ensuring that every idea is strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and executed with excellence.
You will lead and inspire the creative team, shape big ideas across integrated campaigns, and serve as a trusted creative partner to clients and agency leadership. The Creative Director is both a visionary and a builder-driving bold thinking while ensuring disciplined execution.
What You'll DoCreative Vision & Leadership
- Define and champion the creative vision across the agency.
- Lead the development of breakthrough, integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, print, experiential, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable business impact.
- Set and maintain a high bar for concept, craft, and execution.
Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop copywriters, designers, art directors, and other creative talent.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates work and grows careers.
- Build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and no-B.S. collaboration.
- Participate in hiring and shaping the future creative team.
Client Partnership
- Serve as senior creative lead in client relationships.
- Present and defend creative concepts with confidence and clarity.
- Navigate feedback and refine work while protecting the integrity of ideas.
- Identify opportunities to expand creative scope and deepen partnerships.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner closely with Strategy, Media, Social, PR, and Account teams to ensure creative is integrated and effective.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling creative direction.
- Contribute to new business pitches with big thinking and differentiated ideas.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee workflow and ensure creative output meets timelines and budgets.
- Balance ambition with feasibility, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.
